At higher lvls u can turn in items to get exp just go out and go talk to the NPCs in ur lvl range btw u can keep turning in items aslong as u want but you should move up after you out lvl the area

The quest is repeatable so are the rest from then on u can just keep doing them but that doesnt count for the killing quests just thought id let u know
