Check all instances of user=root, password=test

check in your ACCServer folder-
Account.INI
AuthorizeDB.cfg
Config.INI
Gameserver.cfg

and in your GameServer folder-
Config.INI

i was having the same msvcrt errors at first. try downloading the current Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and .NET Framework...
