I realised there is a diff in the file size...

I realised there is a diff in the file size between the 2 of them.

Original Conquer.exe (334k)
Unpacked Conquer.exe (1.12mb)

Will it affected anything?
How to pack it back to a smaller size?...

I am new to this hacking thing, i used Mr Teenies's concept of making *.bat to rename files. Basically, i exchange GameMap.dat from co2 to co1. I am worrying whether if TQ fixed the TG.
