FFXI calculator does not want to launch when i go Load Settings.

I tried doing the registry hacks, the high resolution values are in the registry but yet when i go in the game it still looks bad....

I have tried doing the registry tweaks, tried the new meteorxi windower version. it still is low quality ingame.. the resolution doesnt change

I am using a pXI emulator to test out the game.
I go through meteorXI to get into the game but when i am playing, the resolution looks like 800x600 and is very pixelly, low details.
