Maybe you should try a fresh install :\
Uninstall Conquer and delete its folder (i.e. C:\Program Files\Conquer Online)
or C:\Program Files\Net Dragon\Conquer Online)
Then install it again.. that...

Probably not, as conquer uses dinamic memory allocation, and it would be hard (for me)to do so, because im a newbie regarding to programming. :D
