Make sure bot isn't running first, then try right click -> properties -> uncheck "read-only".

And no, no specific program at all..

windows notepad is fine.

Don't think so, as forceshock emulates a keyboard if you want -> doesn't hook like some other bots to inject the key codes -> so you need the focus on the wow window. :)
