replace with "00 40 9C 45 55 00 49 00 49"

Open your hex editor and import sro_client

search in hex : 00 00 8C 42 55 00 49 00 49 (default range 70)
and replace to 00 40 9C 45 55 00 49 00 49 (for range 5000)

save file and test.

ok so my first idea is there should be stall dupe bug like ecsro,swsro had it before. It will feel server really old school for us. And second thing is for sure there should be damage limit "65535"....
