A lot of chat about xp/drop rates. The one thing to keep in mind is the original reason for what is considered 100% rates. That reason was decided by the people marketing the game, not the designers....

another thing to add. at lvl 101 the new realm gear stats go up +1 point, more on some stats, this includes the new weps. at lvl 101 in party the extra stat for party, HP/MP, defense, attk, go up...
