Have same problem, game freeze and close.
In my case it was because there was files with non english names:
"F:\Games\KalOnline\data\Effect\Sprite\사본 - davi1.dat"...

When you are at spot relog or press 't' so bot...

When you are at spot relog or press 't' so bot can get current player position.
After bot started don't try to move it by pressing mouse in game or current in game and bot coordinates got fucked up...

Check memory use. When Kal reaching near 1GB actual use = crash
Move Send function to kal thread NOT (like i did :P) in your own created thread.
Cut everything other except your code to be sure...

And making something like this pseudo fix for conole is SHAME for every developer....
