As far as i know, the only thing you can actually changes is the req lvl of lapis.
So changing the lvl of the armor will show for you, but you won't be able to actually wear the lvl 70 armor on ur...

Like what happend on evo (everyone went HR instead of MR) and everyone went to Rebirth Evolution instead of the grind Rebirth...

all the gpu's in mentioned are shared, I'm also assuming you have vista or xp on that computer. While 7 takes up more memory as an OS....
