I tried this method and end up spending more. Got a lot of dup parts 3 lower armor, 2 upper armor and 2 mantle.

Actually we cannot say that they dont profit if there is a gacha pattern, because we don't have the actual data. But, Think of it this way if an item is much cheaper more players would want to buy...
