That's because they changed packets associated with userinfo and charstatus. It doesn't matter what you set protocolversion to, walker doesn't know how to handle them and is disconnecting...

10.9.5a is cracked, but it's the korean version and won't connect properly to NA servers. Need to wait for them to post the NA version before you can do much of anything.
