Resource tool is not allowed, and also you can't use it because there's not any resource.s4hd file.
Yes I can add vital shock but, I need to remove a weapon, or I can simply add vital shock as, for example, a counter.

It depends on users.
We will make tons of events, fixes and new things in the future.
I am already working on :
Random Shop
Capsules
Pen capsules
New maps
New sets
Weapon skins
Growing Up the free ap project

So we have everything to stay online and make users like it, but actually we need to wait to make them know S5.
