There isn´t a game that can be compared with s4.

But there is one that has some elements that s4 has.

As I said, there isn´t any game you could compare with S4 League except GunZ.

And hackers are present in almost every free2play MMO.

At least, Vanquish is speedy and got a sci-fi setting... but it's offline and for X360/PS3.

you need a fake KSSN (Korean Social Security Number, or stg like that...),amongst some other things and knowledge.
