Sorry, but no. PSC is just a e-currency. I can't do anything with it :/
Paypal is really easy to use and unlike most people think you don't need a credit card.

Well, I'm really interested at this, but i think its illegal? And the Chance must, maybe higher than a little to none! You're selling AP much cheaper than Alaplaya and nobody is selling it too so? You have to explain me a little bit and i will buy 56k Ap (:

Hey there.
You don't need to be 18 to create a Paypal and you don't even need a credit card. You could charge Paypal through bank wire. There's no other way I could solve your problem, sorry. Feel free to ask anything else
