Calm down, this program does things some viruses also do, BUT it is no virus.
It copies itself into the Windows Temporary File directory and renames itself randomly (8 digits, "0" to "9"), so you will find for example a "09198267.exe" in your temp directory, this is the IM!
The second file is the IM.dll which will be injected into s4, it is also dropped into the temp directory, and the error logs and the config file are also there.

(Btw. the .exe file and the .dll file are deleted after rebooting your PC!)

So either trust me and use it or stay with the old one, but do not cry me a river!

If this was a "malware" then this thread wouldn't be pinned nor would MrSmith be a mod...

Only then run IM (always as admin, of course). After the time runs off, the trojan result will pop up again, but just ignore/allow it.

Nono, you have to wait for the waiting room to show up, if you don't you'll be naked You could try if you want xD

O-o Weird. If I press "Restore" when the waiting room pops up IM gets detected. So I usually restore while the room is still loading. Works perfectly for me.
But does that mean that the IM gets a higher chance of being detected if I restore it in the loading screen?

when I run the item manager as administrator I get an error that says:
critical error
You Have to run this program as administrator!
