If the error is the message with unicode caracters make this:

And many other normal apps like Fraps , MSN , YM( just in my case , dunno why ) and many other legit apps are kindda detected as hack by XTrap... Try closing any unnecessary program , Using GameBooster will help U with this.

A little random question to h4c0r , does the HID.dll from you compatible with Smiths Item Manager ?

none of those work for me, in loading screen i get the "corrupted file, please close any other programs running" crap, with Mr.Sm!th's IM version, it works fine but i have to restart s4 twice to get the loading of the items to work.
Windows XP 32

EDIT: OMG , for people who get x-crap error in loading screen, the root of that problem is the vision hack itself, the IM works fine but the vision hack is the one thats causing that, i was experimenting with it, i put the new stuff in the folder, copied the ver 2.6 vision hack(xzonelib3.dll) and it worked, but i had Mr.Sm!th's IM (HID.dll and IM.dll)

LOL , it means your S4 files has corrupt , i suggest U to re-installed your S4 League and Restart your PC , then Try Again

read the whole thing i just said, that happens when it misreads a memory(the hacks[s4 vision]) then sends out an error thinking that something is lagging it that needs to be closed

This should do it automatically, so actually you dont have to, but if you were kicked from the game, its a good idea to press restore to see if this was the problem.
It could be possible that the automatically restoring didnt work
