Two questions:

. When profiles are saved, do weapons and clothing really keep their +'ed value?
. How do I create more than 8 profiles, IM won't let me scroll down in its window...?

I don't think anyone should deny users a possibility for posting questions (even stupid ones) just for some paranoid reason.

The old thread is huge anyway, I think it's a good idea to replace it.

It's not the Manager's fault. It's a Alaplaya bug, Just log In with CAPS or RaNdOm username. If it doesn't work, go to their forums and post there.

• Yes, they are a clone of the originals, so the values are kept.
• Have you tryed to create more? There will apear a scroll bar when you reach the limit of the extension. You can make as many profiles as you want.

It pains me to say, but apparently I'm the only one that cannot get it to work anymore. It keeps closing the game whenever I try to enter the game or leave the game but now even during the game when I want to check scores or rush, the game randomly closes on me.

I didn't have this problem with the previous versions, I've redownloaded and reinstalled S4, I've tried several things but it simply does not work for me, sadly.

Uhmmm maybe you have downloaded/installed something new since then? You might have some virus and don't even know about it.
Have you been getting this problems w/o the manager? 'Cause remember that we have a new version because a new patch came out and this DCs/Crashes fault might be from Alaplaya itself and not from IM. Or maybe, even, your AV might be colliding with xtrap. It could be a million things really >_<

I don't have any trouble without the new item manager, never had trouble with the old one. For some reason it's just this one. x.x

Heck I just logged on and found out my pen items expired. I wasn't even logged in.

Send a ticket to Alaplaya, that's not normal. Items don't expire if you're not in a game room. (unless they're daily)

Well, I'm thinking that all the crashes I had with the item manager, left my account online, but not sure since my weapons nor clothes were removed and they all had the same hour as before. So it's definitaly weird..

And I hate sending tickets, lol. The first ticet I ever send took them 3 weeks to answer.
