well when i saw a video of u using item manager you were able to change the kind of clothes,faces,and hair cuts. how can i do that ?

OS?
Are you logging as Admin?
Are you inserting your username like this: CAPS/rAnDoM?
Are you attempting to use other hacks other than this one at the same time?
