For me it does work
Here it is a simplified quick tutorial for no-brainers
1-)Download the program and put it in a folder
2-)Open as administrator and let it download the latest version, than close it
3-)Create a backup of your resource.s4hd
4-)Start resource tool and modify your file's
5-)When you're done click "Save" on File tab (left corner) than close it
6-)Open ResourceCheck Bypass by xPlay (Updated)
7-)Now you have to put the directory of your S4League folder in the S4 Folder field space
Example: C:\AeriaGames\S4League (My folder is on C:\ partition so,i have to write it like that, but for you it may be different)
8-)In the Custom field space you have to put the directory of your modified .s4hd file
Example: C:\AeriaGames\S4League\resource.s4hd (Same as before, the folder may be different for you)
9-)In Sleep field, you leave it like that, the number 10 should be there by default
10-)After you're done press the button Start ResourceCheck Bypass
11-)Start S4League
12-)Let it load and enjoy your modifications
-You can modify the same .s4hd file over and over, when you're done or getting errors, just put back in the S4League folder, the .s4hd file that you've backed up before, you can leave the modified one in s4 folder
-If you get string errors even tho you followed all the steps, there might be an incompatibility problem with your OS/ modified file
Now,if you literally cannot make it work even after this spoon-feeded tutorial,well..play the game normally
