U have to read the first page, where the Legolas say what you have to do but i will try to explain:

 Spoiler

First: you have to download the past which he has posted here, then you have to replace the msg box with the program downloaded before, you just open the S4 folder, select the file (the only one u can select with that format) and press de right button in the "mensage_box.7" i guess that is the name.
Now you press "replace" and find the file whose you have downloaded before...
