maybe you did something wrong that why give you that errors
cannot open source file "XignDefs.h cannot open include file
and you didn't edit ever include that need to edit and there something else
don't use windows panther if it's C:\ or other use other panther will be better

you need to use visual basic 2015 that error because you using a old version of visual basic

well guys added video of how build it and other rar of the source in the video !

it not hard righ ?!
you can make it very easy just make it read the ip and port from xml cfg ini text dat what ever file won't make other videos that because i am too lazy ^^
