Did you rename your xigncode folder? Make sure its "xigncode" not "xigncodes" or "xigncodex"

I run HS4L.exe then s4 league and I have this error message
XML Parsing error
XML parsing error inside fille
C://aeriaGames//S4league//Hs4L//Hs4l.Ap'.
error: file not found
at line 0, column 0.
