how to fix waiting for s4 then when i open s4 it dont open itc?

My laptop has 1.8ghz (2 cores) 4 gb ram and integrated graphics card and with and without itc it is locked s4 on 62.5 fps sooo idk really that its the system and honestly how i think and know no one till now said it lacked performance right?
Oor maybe his anti-virus is scanning s4 folder so it causes some drops

I have a really strong pc but ok

Crashes at 84% and only Bypass runs Good! ITM Maybe Outdated? or did I forget something ?

Edit: The ITM makes the Game Crash the Bypass Works Normal Update I guess

It crash when I press Start at 86%..

Everithing's ok, i can change everithing in game, weapons clothes ecc. but when i start a match it says: Disconnected from the server.. or something... help me please...

Unfortunately, It crashes hard! Lol the weird thing is I just checked the last comments to know if the hack is still working and nothing was there, installed the game but now everyone complaining out :/

Start the game without itc and unequip all chars. Then start again with itc and it should be work.

i open the itc and get to "waiting for s4 league" before it crashes

Thats what I did before they don't have equip on

Edit: Well sorry that I didn't notice but my Character had a Dagger & Skill on by Accident Goning to try again
