Im new to ITC / IDM / ITM.

Exp effects from clothes etc do not give bonus exp. if you're worried bout the end match exp not showing and being accused of being a hacker then use the ingame exp buff (when u die) It sometimes gives 30 exp bonus for a kill hence less noticeable at the end.

As for collection card (Name tags) I am not sure about.

Yea but it has only few weps and mostly girls set , still I get dc when starting a match ; -;
