The source of the problem is that
win 7 64 bit There is a mismatch

When I start Itc first then bypass by admin the ITC starts but s4 doesnt load only the itc help please?

You can also start S4 League first and then at Server Selection the ITC. Worked fine for me too.

Thanks Ill try it ill tell you if it works 
still doesnt work :/ I started bypass then s4 league, when it was server select i tried starting itc but it says "Waiting for S4League"

It worked ;OO i did it I think i started it while it s4 was still loading @>@ im at the selection screen im supposed to load the xml config right? i downloaded that but it doesnt show up, shud I put that at s4 league folder too?

und zwar würde ich gerne wissen ob man bei dem Item Creator vom http://www.elitepvpers.com/forum/metin2-hacks-bots -cheats-exploits-macros/2469610-release-python-ite mcreator-working-100-a.html (MultiHack 1.8.6) beispielsweise auf ein Giftschwert einen negativen FKS Wert erschaffen kann, da ich es etwas...langweilig finde einfach 9999 überall sprichwörtlich reinzuklatschen.
