How should I set the exp start and exp to farm?

I imagine exp start should be 0 and exp to farm is how much you want to farm till level up,for example you need 30k exp and you put 29k so you can get the level reward...
Is that right?

And I've found that whenever I equip skill and wep and relog on that account,it gets unequipped..

Exp Start = Your current EXP (You can also just set it to 0, and it takes automatically your current EXP).
Exp Limit is for letting the server know when you wanna stop farming. (For example 4,2 mio ~ lvl 74 99%).

I'm working on the equip bug, but I never intended to study the packets of this **** game.

I've tested it lots of times and still doesnt work,the wep and skill gets automatically uneqiupped..

What value did you wrote into the "Exp Limit" field, and how much Exp your account already have? (not only the current level, the total exp. Watch it on s4db.net).
Make sure the Exp Limit is higher than the exp you already have on the s4l account.
