It works, but it doesn't change the old effect to FP effect ( at least on my pc ), I've been trying with a spy dagger, the name and the design changes, but it wont change to FP stats, while it's changing if you put +10% attack, for example, any clues on how to solve it?

Nope, you can use the notepad that is on your pc standard.
It should work fine, works for me atleast.
