i dont know why this IDCharger.dll dont work for my
all hacks work perfect with me and Bypass but IDCharger.dll dont shows
i install all programs
Win 7 64
please any one help me
Bypass works perfect says
and i do all steps
help please

I had the same problem. Download Visual Studio Ultimate! Now, it works perfectly.

Hey, here is a simple effect changer, it's really bad coded but it's enought fast to scan the shop ID's enjoy using it.
Requirements
Download Redistribuable Visual C++ pour Visual Studio*2012 Update 4 from Official Microsoft Download Center
-Extract all in S4 Folder
-Start EffectChanger.exe as administrator then start S4 League
-An advertisement should appear
-Press Skip Ad then press next.
