Ammm.. I don't use any AV in this game pc. and I tried turn off the firewall too and not work. 
So, Wht can I do?

Someone explain to me why when i open it the AD only shows a WHITE SCREEN

Download it through different browser or change your current browser settings, I assume you're using Google chrome, use explorer or firefox to download it.

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application. SOMEONE KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ?

Ty adamoxd1998, But I tried with EXPLORER, FIREFOX, CHROME, Opera and nothing happened. How can i change the setting of my browsers for the download? Also, I used 3 differents computers and 2 differents connections. so, i don't know what should i do. 
pst: If Someone can upload for me this IDM in MEGA and send me a message with the link, please. I'll really appreciate that.

in case you are missing a dll, try to install this  = after you installed, open the program and press 'install missing dll's'
