wait wait wait, if you were able to change maps like that, why dont you try to change weapons, Example: Glados - Barrage Fist

the value of weapon is not enough to change the skin, so no it's harder than the map changer.

Change skin it's another thing, we have to "inject" a model (with ressource editor or else ..) but I don't know what is the program that can make compatible model with S4League

you can create a directx hook instead of the using of a resource tool ;o
just model an .x and .dds file then load the .x file with D3DXLoadMeshFromX and the .dds files with D3DXCreateTextureFromFile.
