I get a message saying `Failed to read ini file` when I Import.

Edit: Fixed the problem above, but S4 still doesn't run when Importing.

Ok i edited 7x7 file and 23 x7 file
i have inf ammo and inf range
and i have inf sp/ 1 hit/ 200 hp [ wth i was going for inf hp]

i got hack trial, but thats just probably sheer coincidence
cuz some days no hack trial some days hack trial for previous x7 loader

windows 7 64bit no work，i open the x7Loader v3.2.1，he say“Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"

doesn't work for me, it says " MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer " Windows 7 64.
also tried downloading 3-4 times now
