Why do you need the Accounts from the people then?
You could write/chat with Skype or you could help them with Teamviewer

Works 100% on Windows Vista Family Basic Edition 32 bits.
Big thanks, I can now go to the lvl 36 master without problem ( already lvl 24 3/40 \o/ )
