Remove ID Manager Files from S4 Folder.
.DLL FILE PROBLEM ?
Download:
Extract in S4 League Folder.
Don't put ID Manager Files in S4 Folder it'll detect you in game.

Still gives me the msvcr100.dll error
and yes i don't have it in my s4 folder !

I've got the same problem Sensation, i open as admin and it says that it says it is waiting for S4, i open s4 and the idm injector desappears (, then, i just loggin, go to any server, and it give me and String error...
dont know whats wrong, i used the last one (3.5.5) and it worked pretty good... i have w7 x64
Do you have any idea?

injector problem solved...just inject the dll of id manager with perX

I have exactly the same problem as the one you said that and I put
msvcp100.dll / msvcr100d.dll and msvcp100d.dll in S4 folder,
Windows folder, System32 folder and SysWOW64 one too and
it's still the same here

I open IDM HWID, get personal password, open the Injector and then S4... Yeah and then? Nothing happens.

Hey Guys today i will tell you a Nice Bug i think you will like It.
This bug makes your Weapon or Gun Black you need a (Hand Gun) to do it
Then What you need to do:
1-Open Injector x32 if your Windows bit 32
2-Start S4 League with S4 Launcher
3-Change all Items you need
4-Change {Hand Gun}to Weapon you need maybe your {Hand Gun} Need to be Unlimited Use or maybe not
5-Now Save
6-Rejoin Server
7-Activate Items
