If you use bypass, xtrap shouldn't come xD Try this then but i don't know how this will help.
Start bypass and open task manager and find for xtrap.xt. Right click and end process. Not sure if this will help but if you start with bypass, you shouldn't see xtrap and yeah xtrap detect process hacker if you open s4 normally. Maybe something is wrong with the bypass? o_O Can you open CE with bypass?
