4x3 1024x768
I tried 100 ms and 500ms

Ok, 1 more thing 
Try it this way;
Open BOT
Open S4 League
Join a room
Click "Start" and get in game
Then when you are in game
Go to BOT
Write 0,6 to M.S.
Click start
Charge you sniper(click and hold)
Move it on some-one
And BOT would shoot.
The reason i think this way should work is: Because when you click start on BOT it takes the pixel locations.So if you press start before you are in game or a room or if you changed the resolution or ratio you need to click Stop and click Start again.Try this way and if STILL not working i'll make a Error Reporter soon, you can use it and it'll tell you the problem

Hi ,
Ich habe mir den Sniperbot von Cornel runtergeladen , ihn geöffnet , s4 gestartet , eingeloggt , in room gegangen , angemacht aber es passierte nichts.
Ich habe die Gegner anvisiert aber nichts dergleivhen passierte.
Ich habe eine Railgun benutzt.(Win7 , 64 Bit)
Kann mir einer helfen?

ich hab i-wie manchmal voll die probleme
An einem Tag spiele ich mit der sniper richtig gut also treffe alles quick scopes , no scopes und so
an dem nächsten tag treffe ich garnichts mehr da brauch ich wenn ichs schaff 5-6 versuche um einen zu töten mit einem no scope oder quick scope
Allerdings wenn ich normal spiele ist es immer gleich
