If we were concerned about it, we probably would not have posted it ourselves. Think about that one for a second. Go back to posting Facepunch endpoints you found with Fiddler and leave the real work to us.

Thanks for sharing the proof, we looked into it and can confirm you were a customer in 2022. We found your ticket to freeze the subscription, but the refund ticket was marked as solved and the details are not recoverable on our end. We cannot say exactly what happened there, but that is on us.
We would like to make it right, I have sent you a DM on here with the details for a full refund. You said you would love to be wrong on this one, consider this us proving you wrong.
Thank you very much!, i know its not alot of money but thank you for the refund! I may just hold on to it and apply for EC now, perhaps a unlucky first experience.
Shocked and amazed that there is still good people in this world. Seems i was 100% wrong.
I used EC for 4 or 5 months in late 2025 and early 2026. Only didn't re-sub cuz I needed a break from Rust. I really don't understand the hate. I will go straight back to them when I want to play again (probably soon). So, I can't answer how it is right now but I can comment on those months I was active (till Jan 2026)
It was as stable as stable can be which is what I wanted, after returning from DMA. Zero game bans, a few server bans but I assume it was my fault or trigger happy admins.
Had some of the most fun I've ever had in rust with EC. Some downtime here and there, always compensated. Community was mostly cool people and tight knit compared to others. Some toxicity from some users, but what can you expect. Honestly, I enjoyed it so much that I played the **** out of rust for an unhealthy amount of hours (story of my life) and that's why I took a break.
They make it extremely clear what you are paying for, they provide that, and I was more than satisfied with it. So this next point is only subjective opinion, but with that said:
My only feedback is that I felt like there wasn't too much motivation to change/improve user-facing things, even when seemingly small changes could've made it even better. It felt like changes/improvement suggestions were largely not considered for implementation on any meaningful timeline, but I also understand that there are more important things to handle, and what one person prefers, another may not. They did fix multiple small feature-related things at my request within hours, not days, which was impressive and appreciated.
Would have loved to see some kind of system for actually getting highly upvoted feature/change requests from solid contributors implemented, to look forward to like a monthly update for example where things feel fresh and improved.
Some of the criticisms I've read don't align with my EC experience in the slightest. Best cheat I've ever used. Take it as you will.
