I mean no ones pointed out the obvious. But does your ISP give you a dynamic IP? If so just reset router for a new IP.

Reinstall windows cleans traces that's a MUST.

Reinstall>reset router>spoof>game.

Some phones can randomize the MAC address so i hope mine also does that, thanks

I'm pretty sure you can use either a residential VPN or your mobile hotspot like others are saying.
