What does rust Hwid ban
I don't need a dumbass argument in here I just want a simple flat out answer.
People are saying they ban Cpu, I need to know every hwid they ban,
I'm trying to give my friend my old PC and I need to get replace all of the hwid banned parts, so I just need a simple list really.

you'd be better off using some sort of permanent spoofer (woofer) for example and giving it to him then replacing the parts.

Disk + mobo and you’re good. although like everyone else said a perm spofer would be much cheaper.

He said that cuz a trustable "cleaner" or "spoofer" wouldn't expose methods, and things from reversing etc.
I'm not saying you aren't trusted, just to let you know
