its always detected man been detected for ages, they always lie about detections as well. I tested it not long ago imo i would stay away from matrix. Use dopamine OR Ancient serenity imo those 2 much better options for the price.

Will change the status of Matrix/Critical to unknown for the time being, i will check and see if more reports of game ban appears, but atm there isn't enough to say it's a detection.

yea i previously used dopamine about 2 years ago and didnt get gamebanned with it then right when i try critical i get banned in an hour 😭😭

If you got game banned within an hour it could indicate it's a hwid issue..

why would it be an hwid issue if i wasnt ever previously banned? ive never spoofed or anything, the only cheat ive ever had on my pc was dopamine and that was 2 years ago and i played 400+ hours legit without any cheats on the same account after that with 0 issues then right when i buy critical i get banned within an hour. other people on their thread are also claiming they got banned within an hour or 2, so its not just me and its not an hwid issue

Well if you get banned within a couple of hours it's usually a HWID issue, try using dopamine/reported spoofer with CriticalCheats/Matrix.

Yes other people seems to be having the same kind of issue of getting banned within a couple of hours, but from my experience that could indicate an issue with the HWID, that's why i suggest people to try and use different reputable spoofers to see if it's actually an issue with the cheat or HWID.

Also always reformat your pc after getting banned.

i dont want to use any spoofers on my pc �� rust is the only game i am gamebanned from and have 400+ hours played and only got banned 1 hour after buying critical, ive never spoofed before or been banned before so that only means 1 thing... critical is the reason i was banned... especially if theres tons of other people saying they were banned using it too. i used critical on the same account i used dopamine on 2 years ago. i didnt get banned with dopamine. then started playing legit on the same account. then got bored and bought critical and got banned.

Then you will most likely keep having issues but sure.

I have looked through Matrix, CriticalCheats & resellers discords, there isn't any abnormal amount of ban reports though those channels, there have only been 3 ban reports in the last weeks time with the same issues of game bans within the first couple of hours playing, which can be a HWID issue.

I am not saying Matrix/CriticalCheats isn't having issues, that's why i have changed the status but until it's more clear what might be causing it, it won't be changed to "detected".

how can it be an hwid issue if im on a brand new pc thats not even half a year old yet, never cheated on any games on this pc until buying critical. ive never spoofed on this pc or done anything at all

In one post you saying u used dopa for 400+ hours 2 years ago, now that you have a brand new pc, you don't want to use spoofer, sounds like a skill issue. Not like I'm defending critical cause I got gamebanned few times using their cheat, that's why I swapped to dopamine and never had issues since then.

incorrect. i said i used dopamine 2 years ago. then i said "i have 400+ hours legit" and in my last message specified that it was on a new pc. i never said i used dopamine for 400 hours. no traces of any other cheats on my pc other than critical. i doubt me using dopamine 2 years ago would get me banned now suddenly right after using critical.

Ignite is detected LOL dont use it.. got me banned in less than a hr with clean hwid and their spoofer not used. Also people in their discord keep saying they are getting banned but they are advertising it as secure and good

I don't really understand why most of the people defend ignite as its own cheat, too much people got banned and somehow their messages deleted and banned from their discord and many people recommend ignite but I don't think ignite is a very good cheat, maybe a little better than serenity

Hello, I fully understand that it is very annoying to receive any kind of ban in the game.
We work hard to keep our products working properly and I suffer as much as the user when any customer I have gets banned.

I'm upset that you clearly tampered with an entire conversation to show a version that doesn't accurately reflect reality:


The majority of our customers are not getting banned. It is obvious that when a user is banned, he usually complains, since he bought an undetected cheat.

Unfortunately, the risk of using cheats is being banned, but we work hard to ensure the best quality. So it is normal, among more than 100 active users, to see one or another banned and this does not mean that the product is detected.

About deleting messages: I don't delete anything, which is the reason why you have a screenshot of a customer saying that he got banned. I can just share the server logs with the administrator of this thread if it's need and he will see that nothing is being deleted nor hided.
