I bought through a reseller - so I haven't been able to talk to the developers or other users directly. Troubleshooting has only been done through tickets with the reseller I bought it from.
2 other friends of mine who have also bought and have been using dopamine have used it without any issues at all - both using it a lot, lot more 'ragey' than I have, with silent aim perma-on. (I was using it fine for the first week or so, before my system actually got hwid banned. Now all my accounts, mostly ones with 4-5h of playtime all get EACed despite most of them not even touching a firearm)
From reinstalling windows through an iso usb, changing IP, deleting traces etc all the way to applying Dopamine's inbuilt spoofer, my personal conclusion is the spoofer not being applied correctly to my hardware. (though it may somewhat be something in my end, since I am on a laptop+somewhat obscure motherboard manufacturer)

06/02 Edit
- I reached out to the developer of Dopamine, and after a brief explanation of the process(es) I was taking in terms of using Dopamine/playing Rust after getting banned, he quickly identified the issue and walked me through step-by-step to fix what was wrong.
- The developer wasn't cryptic about anything, in fact he was very open in regard to what was wrong, what he was going to have me do and actually explained a lot about EAC/my issue and how it was affecting my bans.
- The developer actually offered me a free account to test Dopamine on for a couple days - which I accepted. He also gave me extra sub time equivalent to the testing period (couple days) where he had me control for certain variables in-game/pc system to figure the issue out.
- The issue is now resolved. Dopamine's actual product and it's inbuilt spoofer works as intended. The spoofer also works regardless of motherboard manufacturer.
Cheers!
