I'm not aware of any.
These temporary accounts are stolen or phished, which means they were obtained illegally.
That being said, I doubt Stripe would allow this or normal card services, and chargebacks would be so easy if it were a thing, which is why people on sleeve use crypto.

Anyone selling for anything less than 2$ are scamming, they have no warranty on their products. They will sell it to you and then change password to the account a hour or so later. I produce my own accounts and it's IMPOSSIBLE to sell for any less than 2$.
