I never recommend it, I opened the cheat, I stayed in the game for 1 minute, I logged out, and when I looked a few hours later, my account was vac banned.
I notified the authorities, no spoofing, no delay banned, they made excuses constantly, the product is in dt state, I would never recommend it. I asked for a refund and they refused to accept it, as I said I never recommend it. I have never even opened a cheat on my computer before, so they use spoofing as an excuse

Anybody with a bit of experience with bans and eac knows that what you describe is one of two things. A full detection or a spoofing issue.
Our rust product is being used by many each day, without issues. We couldn’t even hide a detection, people would just splash around in discord.. Additionally we have two test accounts that are used weekly, also fine.
I tried to explain it even to you and offered to pause your sub until you spoofed your pc properly, but have your own truth so good luck. This is my last reply to you.
