Correct, you cant use all Admin features in the servers have protection againt it. You can use third person looking and debug cam in any server.

There is no issue with checkout page, I also checked it myself. As I said maybe LexPay doesy have any avaible option for your country or there is an issue between LexPay application and you. You can use bitcoin/ethereum to buy or you can message one of our resellers for purchase with other payment methods.
