Well for starters, you need a
hack, which isn't easy to get if you are looking for something undetected,trusted and for less then ~150$
Secondly, you can't just "ESP" someones 10 boxes.
Thirdly, HWID bans exists = getting a few game bans will result in a permament hardware ban, which means u won't be able to play Rust again on the same PC, even when playing legit.
Finally, getting loot fast with hacks while not getting banned is not as easy as it might sound.
So people who don't want to risk getting their HWID/IP banned or people who just want to get high tier loot in few hours order services instead of hacking themselves
And I guess there are people that are too lazy to hack, because again hacking doesn't let you spawn-in stuff or noclip thru bases, which means you'll still need to farm (quicker then a normal player, but still..) .
