Vouch, really helpful dev and just as helpful software. No bans from it and I have bought lifetime few months ago as well, been using it for a while. You'll have to learn the ropes a bit of the software, but it doesn't make it any less effective, and wazzaby himself is pretty quick to guide you through it. If you feel unsure, make sure to ask him a few questions prior to your purchase.
