Bitmaps > Effect Folder

how to edit this gtx files?
when i go to convert the file into tga format can't show in photoshop.
can someone give me a tip?

Not all gtx files are .tga files. Some are .dds files. if you mis-translate them you can't open them in photoshop. From my work with them it seems .tga (targa) files are used more for textures while the .dds (direct draw surface) are used for bitmaps in the ui and other places.
