im not sure but remember bug vending?
after maintenance coa it doesn't work anymore ._.
as far as I remember, they need more than 1 maintenance to fix the bug. they're waiting an answer from warp portal to patch this bug, I think. lyto can't fix the bug all alone.
so just hope that this bug still work after maintenance.

u sure that the dupe? i think that is a bug, but i don't know how the bug work at AH
