Cool but you can't post this hard cheat.
Anyway I already gave it a try but for me it's impossible to log into the game with modified files. I know I have to bypass the game protection but multipatch doesn't work, i don't have an hackshield folder in the game folder and i can't find EHSvc.dll when i hex editing the rf_online.bin. I tried anything but i can't do that.
If i do that ingame using CE the level of the weapon will change but it will be impossible to mount the weapon.
I'm waiting for a miracle.

this is a hard cheat, because the method used to wear that edited weapon may crash the server

REPOST...and you can wear weapons with edited lvl and pt w.o crashing the server....and this is not a hard cheat..this has already been realesed

this cheat had been using till 2 weeks ago. it didnt ruin the game.

You can use this cheat without crashing the server !
you dont need to use CE...
just edit ur item.edf
...
i released... but i got advices to remove!

ill ask a dumb question...whats this ****** site about..aint it about sharing cheats?i mean im not saying you have to post your advanced cheats or anything.but there r guys that really need cheats...and they're not even beggin for the high tech kind.but some of u guys are just greedy self centered hackers who thinks that because you got lucky and made or found a cheat you should post cheeky comments to make newbies feel inferior.dude i got cheats for lots of games and i dont act up like that.chill guys...

yah whatever.but no matter how much we sugar coat it or how superior we try to act...a hack is a hack and theres no way we can feel 100% accomplishment from anything derived from hacking.im a proub newbie and i leech every once in a while and i help people any way i can.im not inferior neither superior to anyone or anything.so dudes give the confused newbies a lil slack...

It's really easy to edit the Weapon lvl...
Here is a GUIDE :D
1- You need a EdfDeCrypt

3- A new item.dat will be created

'Bout the memory search (in CE) for Edit weapon Lv/Pt Req,
i really did found the pattern that made me easily find the weapon Lv/PT Req address.
i've tried it 4 bout 5-10 times, and it comes out that the pattern was
all the same. So...no matter what lv/PT Req are, i've always find it...

OK, I can't seem to find any "itemtype.dat" editors that still work. Will people post either one that works, or some awesome edits that I want, lol.
These edits include:
1. 70 Tro armor to 120 Warrior Armor.
2. Lvl 70 Normal Club to lvl 130 Buried Blade.
Anything else that would seem useful for my noob tro I am making, since I am so addicted to using my pwning warrior.
