i already put the master skill in the data but when i use it say "not enough mastery to use the skill" what should i do?

i can,t open inquery and fainting and change it to expert skill

but how to open other skill,like onslaught or etc???please i need your help

is it onslaught skill and other in skillforce.edf?????

guys..i already DL the file..but i don know how to use it..i tried to double click it but it sez that "windows cant open this file" and i observed that it has anothere file named SkillForcew.edf(thats the correct spelling as i see it)beside the file i DL...does that file has something to do with those skills?pls help me...sorry for my noobness coz i don know alot about computers...reply ASAP pls..
